Terms and Conditions
The conditions that apply when purchasing from Cavorexi™.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.
Agreement and operator
These Terms and Conditions govern purchases from cavorexi.com, operated by Shanghai Mianlifang Network Technology Co., Ltd. under the Cavorexi™ brand. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store.
Eligibility and accurate information
You must be legally capable of entering a purchase contract and must provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and shipping information. You are responsible for activity associated with your account and order details.
Product information
We aim to describe products accurately, but screen color, handmade variation, measurement methods, packaging updates, and reasonable production differences can affect appearance or specifications. Orders and acceptance

Returns and refunds
Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days after delivery and follow the Return & Refund Policy. After approval, we normally complete refund processing within 5–10 business days.

Unless a product page expressly states otherwise, Cavorexi™ products are for ordinary travel and casual outdoor activities. Customers must follow product instructions, warnings, environmental conditions, weight or capacity guidance, and common-sense safety practices.
Intellectual property
The Cavorexi™ name, original website copy, design elements, photographs, graphics, and other protected materials are owned by or licensed to the operator. No commercial reproduction or exploitation is permitted without written authorization.
Liability and mandatory rights
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from product or website use. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including applicable consumer protections.
Changes, severability, and contact
