Clear payment handling and practical transaction safeguards.
Orders are processed and dispatched within 7 business days after payment confirmation. Standard U.S. transit normally takes 10–15 business days after dispatch. Eligible return requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 5–10 business days.
Accepted payment methods
Payment options shown at checkout are the methods currently available for your order, device, and location. Availability may change and can be subject to the payment provider’s own terms.
Payment authorization
Submitting an order authorizes the selected payment provider to process the amount shown at checkout. An order is not accepted until payment is confirmed and the store issues an order confirmation.
Currency and charges
Store prices are presented for the United States market. Your payment provider may apply conversion, cross-border, bank, or card charges that are outside our control.
Payment data
Checkout and payment information is processed by Shopify and applicable payment providers. Cavorexi™ does not receive or store complete card numbers or card security codes in ordinary store operations.
Security controls
We use store-platform safeguards and reasonable administrative practices to protect transactions. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Fraud prevention
Orders may be reviewed, delayed, declined, or canceled when information is incomplete, inconsistent, unauthorized, or presents a reasonable fraud or security concern. We may request verification without asking for your full card number or password.
Refund method
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method. We normally complete refund processing within 5–10 business days after approval; posting time depends on your bank or payment provider.
